This cocktail was made famous by the television show "Sex and the City".
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill shaker about 3/4 full)
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau
Splash of Rose's lime juice
Splash of cranberry juice
1 lime wedge or lime slice (for garnish)
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Stir or swirl lightly, and then strain into a martini glass. (Note: Can also be served in a rocks glass filled with ice, if desired.) Garnish with the lime wedge or lime slice.
