This is a classic version of this popular drink.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill a highball glass)
1 ounce scotch
2 ounces club soda
Lemon twist (for garnish) - optional
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the scotch. Top with the soda. Do not stir. Garnish with the lemon twist, if desired. Serve with a sip stick or straw.
