The club soda mellows the gin in this refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill a highball glass)
1 ounce gin
2 ounces club soda
1 lime wedge (for garnish)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin. Top with the club soda. Do not stir. Garnish with the lime wedge, and serve with a sip stick or straw.
