Orders are usually shipped within 48 hr. of purchase, excluding weekends.
Weekend orders are generally shipped the following Monday

We do not ship outside of the continental United States

You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped, it will contain
a tracking number so you can follow your new scooter in real time on the Fed-X
web site throughout the shipping process. You can realistically expect the
transit portion of this process to take 3 to 5 business day's depending on
your location. We can not ship to a POB. A signature will be required on
