Video-Teleconference Technology Experience:


Program manager responsible for designing a $5M state-of-the-art video (semi-rigid Cable-TV) distribution technology to support 8,000 end users with a broad range of computer and tele-communication services over a dual, broad-band Local Area Network.

Assisted in the design of freeze-frame and full motion, compressed, video, telecommunications standards, data and voice communications operating procedures, and teleconference room designs for use throughout Westinghouse Corporation, Air Force Space Command, and NORAD Headquarters.

Technology advisor on Digital Video Interactive (DVI), Audio Video Interleaved (AVI), Motion Picture Experts Group (MPEG), and Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) to ARINC Research Corporation's DoD and commercial customers.

Advisor to NASA and HQ U.S. Army Space Command on the Advanced Communications Technology (ACT) satellite experiments using digital image compression (video and stills) transmission from moving vehicles, and combat, field based, triage assessment units. Designed an undersea cable inspection system integrating video and Global Positioning System location technologies for Pacific Rim corporations.
