Instructional Design/Delivery Experience


Director of Space Programs - responsible for the recruitment and leadership of over 40 Adjunct Professors instructing in graduate level Space Systems Operations Management. Reviews adjunct staff syllabi for compliance with University policy and standards. Assists professors in developing and maintaining classroom standards and professional education quality programs. Assesses performance and recommends continuation or termination of professional staff. Conducts faculty professional development and communication meetings providing leadership and management guidance to faculty members.

Responsible for development of new degree programs. Chairs industry and government curriculum review committees ensuring course standards and program offerings are meeting industry requirements. Develops new graduate level courses and curriculum, selects materials and computer software to support student hands-on training environment. Recommends hardware improvements and modifications to maintain computer lab system support of new course offerings.

Professor in Computer and Information Resource Management/Space Systems Operations Management instructing students in technology exploitation, cost benefit analysis, business process reengineering, systems analysis and design, management of software development, information system applications in business, systems acquisition and integration, risk management, software development program management, decision support systems design and implementation.

Has mentored over 900 graduate students on a broad range individual, information technology related, and space research projects including:

Technology advisor to the Senior Site Director on all computer lab, data and telecommunications requirements supporting all graduate programs. Information Technology consultant to the Vice President of Academic Affairs on Entrepreneurial Development/Support Technology programs, Computer Based Training, and Multimedia development.
