This system was designed to support 8,000 end users with a broad range of computer and communication services over a dual, broad-band Local Area Network - resulted in $25M funding support during financially austere budget cycle due to improved operations and personnel hiring cost avoidance identified through cost benefit analysis.

Technology Advisor for the Academic computing environments for 34 sites across the United States, resulting in award of a $300K National Science Foundation (NSF) grant and implementation of a 56kbps frame-relay network for Webster University. Responsible for advising on Distance Learning and Internet capable technologies.

Computer Resource Manager responsible for the upgrade and replacement of elements of NORAD's Cheyenne Mountain Complex, a distributed complex system of systems (64 separate computer and data communications subsystems). Cradle to grave duties included requirements identification, acquisition and contract negotiations, program management functions, systems integration and test director duties.

Senior Manager - Qwest Communications International, responsible for customer to service (CTS) engineering cycle reengineering resulting in reduction of request to service from 31 days to 2 hours.

Staff Engineer - Qwest - National Network Services, responsible for development of on-line Tactical Implementation Planning tool development, resulting in reduction of plan development from 3 months to under 2 weeks.
