Isaiah 43:24-25, "Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities. I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins."

The second gospel of Jesus Christ is the gospel according to Mark. It is believed, by most, to be the earliest gospel written and based on the teachings of Peter.

The book starts with the beginning of Jesus' ministry and focuses on the miracles of Jesus Christ performed with authority and power.

Isaiah 42:1-4, "Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law."

Mark reveals Jesus as the Servant Who came to serve, not to be served. Through His divine service He suffered the death of a sinner to bring many sinners to life everlasting.

The Son of God Who came in the flesh as a humble servant Who endured the cross to bring many sons to glory.

Isaiah 53:11-12, "He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
