INTRODUCTION

DEADLINE DELIGHTS  contains recipes that the following historical romance authors claim as superb!  This edition took seed during the Christmas season, a naturally busy and stressful time, but some of us had writing deadlines, too.  We began exchanging recipes and called them ‘deadline delights’ which seemed apt for the title of this cookbook.   This edition is a compilation of our favorite easy to prepare dinners.

While some recipes are our own creations, we also emphasize that we do not know the origins of the others.  They were passed to us by family and friends.  By including these recipes of unknown origin, we and the owner of this site do not lay claim to their authorship or creation now or in the future.  We simply wanted to share our favorite quick meals with our readers.
