LINDA CASTLE/LINDA CROCKETT’S version of STROGANOFF

"When I make this, my husband smiles for days!"

Boil a huge bag of egg noodles. While they are cooking brown either ground beef or thin sliced strips of roast (I prefer the roast) when the meat is a nice brown add Shillings packet of Stroganoff seasoning and 2 entire small containers of sour cream, and let the whole thing simmer. When the noodles are done, you are ready to eat. For the leftovers I usually toss it all together and it is great for a microwave quickie.

I use 1_2 pounds of meat

1 pack of Shillings seasoning

2 small containers of Sour Cream

and the huge bag of noodles.
