BEAN TORTILLAS

"Here's one of my favorites-low fat, high fiber, very tasty!"

1 can drained and rinsed black beans

1 jar medium hot salsa

1 package of 8-12 flat tortillas

Toppings:

Grated cheddar cheese

Sour cream

In a casserole dish, mix the drained beans with the salsa.

Bake for 20 min. in a 350 degree oven.

Five minutes before it's done, heat the stack of tortillas in the oven on a flat cookie sheet (cover with foil to keep soft)

Remove from oven. Each person rolls their own, scooping the bean/salsa mix onto a single tortilla, adding toppings.
