IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

As of July 21st, 2003 the resident’s entrance gate will be operated solely by a transponder system.  The new system will feature an affixed transponder on the front windshield of the vehicle which will communicate with the resident’s gate arm and signal the arm to rise automatically, virtually eliminating backups at the resident gate during peak hours.

 

Since the guard will no longer be able to operate the resident’s gate by July 21st, 2003, all homeowners who choose to continue utilizing the resident’s gate will have to purchase a transponder for their vehicle at a cost of $35.00 each.  Transponders will be available at Benchmark Property Management Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, beginning July 7th, 2003.

 

Additionally, please bring with your Driver’s License and Vehicle Registration for each resident and/or vehicle.  If your driver’s license or vehicle registration does not have a Hidden Hammocks Estates address, you will be required to present a recent utility bill.

 

You must bring the vehicle you intend to have the transponder affixed to in order to have Benchmark activate the transponder.

 

We look forward to the completion of this gate improvement which will ease entry for all residents who choose to take advantage of the transponders.

 

ALL VEHICLES WITHOUT TRANSPONDERS WILL HAVE TO USE THE VISITOR’S ENTRANCE AFTER JULY 21st, 2003.

 

Decals may be removed once a transponder is obtained for that vehicle.
