This is a full resolution (2700dpi) selection of the slides, it represents an area 12mm*13mm, so as you can see its an extreme blowup of the slides. This picture was not processed to reduce grain, but it was processed to enhance faint detail. This is probably what a 48" wide print of the slide would look like on the wall.
