PRO - LIFE		The ONE - TWO punch to the economy of the United States of America was delivered by the US Government itself! First, be reminded of our Economy in 1898: By 1898 we had become so productive that we exported about 10% of our production. • We had a trade surplus of about $600 million dollars • The federal debt was $25 per person • The federal budget had a surplus of over $50,000 per day! THE ONE - TWO PUNCH! The Federal Income Tax System came into being on October 3, 1913 The Federal Reserve System came into being on December 23, 1913! THE RESULT OF THE ONE – TWO PUNCH With about 95 years of experience with the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Income Tax our today’s numbers are: THE SAD 2008 STATISTICS • A HUGE TRADE DEFICIT of almost $2 billion per day! (Why the jobs go out of our country!!!) (Amount varies daily: see Ticker and do the math.) • An ADMITTED federal debt of $31,000 per person (see: Debt Clock) – but far larger Real Debt – is our government corrupt if it keeps two sets of books?? • The federal budget has a deficit that usually exceeds $1.5 billion per day! (varies from day to day, again, see: Debt Clock) RICHTER SCALE DAMAGE TO ECONOMY If we look at the Income Tax as damage done by a Richter 6.0 earthquake then the damage brought about by the Federal Reserve System is a devastating – no, worse - a catastrophic Richter 9.5 earthquake! These overhead costs force our products to be more expensive and drive our jobs to other countries. If we get rid of the Federal Reserve System we can also rid ourselves of the Federal Income Tax. Remember – There is Hope for America – if we can unload the Federal Reserve System off our backs. So; let’s study the Presidents who served since our wonderful economy was broken in 1913 to find out why this happened. We must move forward with some caution.
