Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly
swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of
the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and
defend the Constitution of the United States.”
How is it that the above oath is taken –
with no action to restore compliance with the US
Constitution. Please consider the following ways that the US
Constitution is ignored – resulting in GREAT HURT to our nation!
Article I section 10. (appropriate part)
Constitution Says! >>> No State shall
------make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of
Debts!
Have you seen any gold or silver coin - in circulation – as money??? (I
rarely see a silver coin in circulation – and never have seen a gold coin in
circulation!
This violation is the root cause of the financial crisis that we are
presently facing. This crisis is leading to the destruction of the dollar and

Amendment 2
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the
people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Switzerland
– was able to stay out of the carnage of World Wars 1 & 2; please ask yourself how they did it!
Switzerland is bordered by Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Liechtenstein. The wars were all around Switzerland
– how did they stay out of those wars.
Switzerland
is one of the richest countries in the world – per Wikipedia.
Switzerland
has a long history of avoiding war – it has not been at war since 1815. Why
Switzerland
had a militia. Most able bodied men of good character joined Switzerland’s
militia and were trained and equipped and ready - at all times - to
participate in guerrilla operations.
Each Swiss militiaman trained regularly, much like the National Guard or
volunteer fire fighters. The Swiss militia men kept their battle Rifles and
ammunition in their homes – ready for immediate use. Their PR: every militia
man is a marksman and qualified to be a sniper.
The Swiss message to any invader – we will attack and kill any invader -
- - with
prime focus on the invader’s generals.
Hitler did not order his troops and generals into Switzerland.
Our US Constitution’s Second Amendment was written to provide us with a militia
– just like the Swiss type militia.
I like this verse of scripture from Leviticus 26:8 And
five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten
thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
Amendment 4
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be
violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by
Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched,
and the persons or things to be seized.
The misnamed “PATRIOT ACT violates amendment 4 by authorizing the
government employees - with guns - to issue “national security letters” that are used to FORCE citizens to allow
searches without a search warrant.
Is amendment 4 violated by the Internal Revenue Service and the California
Franchise Tax Board by their demands to see our “financial records??”
Amendment 6
In ALL criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to
a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district
wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been
previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of
the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have
compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the
Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
The US
Supreme Court SAYS “ALL does not mean ALL”
The Supreme Court has ruled that you do not have a sixth amendment right
to a jury trial if it is a “petty crime.” A petty crime is a crime that can
be punished with up to six months in jail. See Here! Above
quote is in fourth paragraph from the top.
I believe that we should comply with the constitution – as written.
