The SyJet cartridges currently being sold by SyQuest are pre-formatted for PCs. In the past, SyJet cartridges pre-formatted for Macs were also available. The cartridges are easily reformatted for the type of system you have.

As of May 17, 2000, I have not held an auction of SyJet cartridges since February 17. At present, buyers willing to spend some extra time to get the best possible price should consider buying this item from another source. By searching eBay for SyJet (cartridge,cartridges,disk,disks), for example, you may be able to find new cartridges that will sell for as little as $35 each plus shipping. However, if you buy a SyJet drive from me and it turns out to be defective (the chance of that happening isn't more than 5%, as far as I can tell), any damage done by the defective drive to cartridges not shipped together with the drive won't be covered under my warranty.
SyJet cartridges are available at the prices below, on a first-come first-served basis to buyers with a U. S. shipping address. Quantities are limited. Payment, shipping, and warranty terms are available on request. The winning bidder for eBay item #331164341 (2 new portable SyJet drives) is eligible to buy one new SyJet cartridge per drive for $49.50 each.
