The ENDURO-FRAME ^tm construction consists of durable and resilent 1" nylon rod (#1), (the same material as the flexible uprights) and Aircraft Quality Aluminum Tubing (#2).  The combination of these give a strong, yet flexible framework. 

The DURA-WEAVE ^tm construction is a combination of 1/4" nylon rod basket spokes (#3) around which is woven 7mm round reed rattan (#4).  Natural rattan is available as a option.  The nylon basket spokes give the basket more flexiblity and resiliency, and are much more durable than the old rattan style spokes, which can rot away and lead to costly repair bills. 

All this is attached to a 3/4" Marine Plywood Floor (#5).  The tank straps (#6) are hevy weight 1" nylon webbing with a cam buckle, to provide strength along with easy removal.  The straps are attached as an integral part of the basket frame to avoid losing them. 

These features combine to give a strong, flexible and beautiful basket, which will far outlast the older style baskets, which use the rattan spoke and framework type construction. 

ENDURO-FRAME ^tm and DURA-WEAVE ^tm combine to form a roll cage similar to those found in race cars.  Whose basket had you rather be in the bottom of on your next high wind landing?
