Moon over Folegandros After leaving Santorini, we set sail for the next island on the official itinerary, Paros.  However, Eleni had a surprise for us - a stop at a small island, Folegandros, which is visited almost exclusively by Greeks on holiday. We arrived at dusk, boarded a public bus for the ride to the main village which was on the mountain, and arrived in another time... another place.  The moon looked down on this small village, illuminating the church, the square, and the cats, of course. Exploring this place at night was such a delight.  The evening was warm and breezy, the people friendly, and the atmosphere... well... it was so.... Greek! the square
