DECREE OF HEIRSHIP
IN THE COUNTY COURT
IN PROBATE
And now, on this 3rd day or July, 1958, the same being one or the regular Judicial days or the Piatt County County Court in Probate, this cause coming on for hearing relative to the heirship of E. A. Danford, deceased, the Court finds:
1. That it has Jurisdiction or the subject matter and of all parties interested therein.
2. That, according to the testimony or Charles M. Finson who is a surviving nephew of the decedent and a credible witness first duly sworn, whose testimony has been transcribed and a transcript thereof hereunto attached, and from the records and files submitted therewith, the following facts appear:
The decedent, E. A. Danford, departed this life intestate, on March 9, 1957, leaving no widow, descendant, or adopted heir surviving him.
One sister, Bertha D. Finson, survived said decedent. Three brothers or the decedent herein, namely, Sontine T. Danford Carl Danford, and Joy Danford, predeceased him and left no descendant or adopted heir surviving.
Malcolm Danford, a brother, predeceased the decedent herein
and left surviving him a daughter, Bernice Soles, and a son, Stanley
Danford, both of whom predeceased the decedent herein. The said Bernice
Soles left surviving her as her sole heirs, her two daughters, Mardelle
Tatro and Edna Pearson, who survive as grandnieces of E. A.
Danford, decedent herein.
The said Stanley Danford, deceased, left surviving him as his
sole heirs, only the following named children: Malcolm James Danford,
James Charles Danford, Loretta D. Spazioso, Barbara D.
Tiska, Mary D. Teal, and Regina D. Favre, all of whom
survived as great-nieces and great-nephews of the decedent herein, E.
A. Danford.
Charles M. Danford, a predeceased brother or the decedent herein, left surviving as his sole and only heirs a grandson, Dale Danford, and a granddaughter, Rennette Sohmidt, who survived as great-nephew and great-niece of the decedent herein, E. A. Danford.
Harry Danford, a predeceased brother of the decedent herein, left surviving as his only heirs, his son, Paul Danford, his daughter, Ruth D. Murphy, his grandsons, Donald A. Walker and Ray Walker, and his granddaughter, Barbara W. Snow. The said Paul Danford and Ruth D. Murphy survive as nephew and niece, respectively, of the decedent herein, E. A. Danford. The said Barbara W. Snow, Donald A. Walker and Ray Walker, survive as great-niece and great-nephews, respectively, or the decedent herein, E. A. Danford
Zenas A. Danford, a predeceased brother or the decedent herein, left surviving as his only heirs, his son, Thaddus Danford, and his grandson, Richard Crawford, who survived as nephew and great-nephew, respectively or the decedent herein, E. A. Danford.
Therefore, the sole and only surviving heirs-at-law of E. A. Danford, deceased, are his sister, Bertha N. Finson; great-nieces, Mardelle Tatro and Edna Pearson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malcolm James Danford, James Charles Danford, Loretta D. Spazioso, Barbara D. Tiska, Mary D. Teal, and Regina D. Favre: his great-nephew, Dale Danford, and his great-niece, Rennette Sohmidt; his nephew, Paul Danford, and his niece, Ruth D. Murphy; his great-nephews, Donald A. Walker and Ray Walker; his great-niece, Barbara W. Snow; his nephew, Thaddus Danford, and his great-nephew, Richard Crawford; And all or Said heirs are of legal adult age and legally Competent.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the sole and only surviving heirs-at-law of E. A. Danford, deceased, are his sister, Bertha N. Finson; his great-nieces, Mardelle Tatro and Edna Pearson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malcolm James Danford, James Charles Danford, Loretta D. Spazioso, Barbara D. Tiska, Mary D. Teal, and Regina D. Favre; his great-nephew, Dale Danford, and his great-niece, Rennette Schmidt; his nephew, Paul Danford, and his niece, Ruth D. Murphy; his great-nephews} Donald A. Walker and Ray Walker; his great-niece, Barbara W. Snow; his nephew, Thaddus Danford, and his great-nephew, Richard Crawford; and all of said heirs are or legal adult age and legally competent.
