This scarf uses the traditional seaman's scarf shaping with the ribbed center for extra warmth at the neck yet brings it to land with a "Ridge and Furrow" pattern for the tails. The pattern uses simple knit and purl stitches and a provisional cast on allows the pattern on both tails to go in the same direction when worn. The pattern is written for DK (double knitting) weight yarn. cost: $5.00 |
