Gurdy Run Farm

Directory

Our love affair with feathered draft horses started over 20 years ago with a Shire stallion named Ox Kill Timber Bob. Meet him and our new breed of horses, the Traditional Gypsy Cobs, a beautiful smaller version of the Shires.

Our naturally colored flock consists of fine fleeced Corriedale crosses in shades of black, white and Moorit (brown) and lustrous Lincoln crosses in grays, blacks and whites.

We breed and raise Angora rabbits.  Often have stock for sale.

We process our fibers into unique yarn and roving blends here on the farm. We are producing a line of quality hand tools for the fiber artists.

Our mill store offers the complete line of Kromski spinning wheels, looms and supplies, Russian lace shawls, hand spinning rovings, and unique yarns.
