Since I'm an Official Pontiac Nut I bought a '79 TransAm steering wheel off Ebay and refurbished it to match my truck.  I was lucky to be able to do this since the Classic 3/4 Ton trucks don't have airbags.  It's hard to tell in the picture but I polished the aluminum extension and it turned out looking pretty good.
