– Global Technologies, Inc. (GTI)
has announced the expansion of its human resources business unit into five
additional markets, New York/New Jersey, San Francisco Bay area, Dallas,
Atlanta, and Chicago. This complements the established markets of Boston
and Washington, D.C.. The company has already deployed a team of operating
personnel as dedicated resources and forged a solid infrastructure to grow
this business.
This expansion includes the appointment of M. Ghanney, who is the General
Counsel as Vice President of the human resources business unit.

Mangowa joined GTI in 1993. Prior to being named Vice President, Mangowa
oversaw GTI's Philadelphia office. She has more than 10 years experience
in law, and human resources, having served in a variety of corporate and
specialty management positions.
