Here is version 1.0 of my W-camp 1998 photos page:-) A few words of explanation. The event, described here, took place from July 8 through 12, 1998. It was a gathering of Girl Guide and Girl Scout members of an Internet Mailing List they all subscribe to and their families. It was NOT organized by any local or national body but by the participants themselves. Several took leadership roles but all were part of the process. These pages document the events in photos and my thoughts. All captions are based on my recollection of names and are Left to Right unless noted. Please feel free to e-mail me with corrections or additions. Don't be shy as the more feedback I get the better this site will be.

| On Tuesday we drove to Alexandria Bay in order to get to be in the area on Wednesday morning. We stayed at the same motel with Bill and Eileen Kermode and Rae Haynes. | On Wednesday we got to the camp ground. Right after getting our dining canopy up the skies opened. We left, had lunch and came back. After setting up the tent this is what the view we had. |
