The "O" and "L" monograms within the wreaths is part of spelling out N-O-R-T-H P---E.
Building Features: The tall narrow book and toy shop contrasts sharply with the shorter, wider candy shop. Both shops have steep pitched roofs. A bay window on Obbie's side wall plus a number of dormer windos reinforce the angular look of the shop. Onion dome-shaped chimney and cupola on roof ridge are unique to Letrinka's which has vertical timbered ground level design. | |||
