This is a non-smoking house and we regret we are unable to accommodate children.   No pets are allowed, but there is a kennel in Provincetown which will gladly house your pet during your stay.

Deposits

We must uphold strict deposit and cancellation policies. Two days deposit or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required in advance to confirm reservations.  A personal check, Mastercard or Visa are accepted for deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The balance of the room charge is due upon arrival with either cash, Mastercard or Visa. Sorry, no personal checks.

Holiday Reservations Only

A deposit for one half your stay is required within 10 days of making your reservation. 21 days prior to your stay, full payment is due for the balance of your stay. A personal check, Mastercard or Visa are accepted for deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No refunds for cancellations within 21 days or early departures.

Refunds

All refunds prior to 21 days are subject to a 20% service fee of the total room charge. No refunds will be given upon cancellation within three weeks prior to arrival date. We will however, credit your deposit for a future stay, as long as we have accomodations available. No refunds for early departures.

Parking and Check In

Parking is provided.

Check in from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM (please let us know if you are checking in after 7:00 PM).
