Paper copies

Paper copies of Federal Reserve regulations are available, free. Call any Federal Reserve Bank.

Regulations covering lending (Reg Z), savings (Reg DD) and leasing (Reg M) are of primary interest to consumers.

Paper documents are often easier to use. Free.

NOTE: It's impossible to find Federal Reserve regulations by searching the Fed's websites. Almost every Fed document references a regulation, there are too many hits. The regulations were found by calling the Boston FRB. They've ''given out the URL at least 500 times.''
