Market Day in Polatli

Polatli is the nearest market town to Gordion, and present-day village of Yassihöyük; it is about 25 km distant, or 20-25 minutes by local taxi. It is about 100 km west-southwest from Ankara, about 1 hour by bus. Its population is perhaps 70,000.
