In Theses Verses We Have The Only Saying That Is Recorded That Enoch Said. It Was A Prophecy Concerning The Judgment Day And The Only Thing That Will Convince Ungodly Men Of Their Ungodliness.

Jude 1:14. "And Enoch Also The Seventh From Adam, Prophesied Of These, Saying, Behold, The Lord Cometh With Ten Thousands Of His Saints,
15. To Execute Judgment Upon All, And To Convince All That Are Ungodly Among Them Of All Their Ungodly Deeds Which They Have Committed, And Of All Their Hard Speeches Which Ungodly Sinners Have Spoken Against Him."

Nine Verses Comprise The Entire Story Of Enoch’s Life.

One Of The Grandest Life Ever Lived.

Probably Only Eclipsed By Our Lord Himself.
Not Moses,
Not David,
Not Abraham,
Not Paul.

Genesis 5:24. "And Enoch Walked With God: And Was Not; For God Took Him."

Hebrews 11:5b. "...He Had This Testimony, That He Pleased God."

Enoch Lived As God Wants All Men to Live.
Enoch Lived Only Unto God.
His Conversation Was In Heaven.
His Thoughts Were In Heaven .
His Intents Were In Heaven.
His Purpose Was In Heaven.

So, "God Took Him"..

The Only Saying Of Enoch We Have Is The First Prophesy Of The Second Coming Of Christ.

Jude 1:14b.‘...The Lord Cometh With Ten Thousands Of His Saints."

This Was Three Thousand Years Before Jesus Was Born.

God Had Told Enoch Some Secrets.

"I Will Give You A Son, And Call His Name Methuselah".

"The Name Shall Stand For, "A Time Of Mercy".

"As Long As He Lives I Will Extend Mercy."
"At His Death Calamity Shall Come Upon The Earth."

During His Day Noah Was Born.
Noah Was A Preacher Of Righteousness.

The People Would Not Listen To Noah.

Noah Began Working On An Ark.

2 Peter 3:3. Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4. And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
5. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: (KJV)

It Seemed As Though Methuselah Would Live Forever.

At Nine Hundred Sixty Three Years Old He Had Become The Oldest Person Who Ever Lived.

Jared His Grand Father, Was Nine Hundred Sixty Two Years Old When He Died.

Nine Hundred Sixty Four, Nine Hundred Sixty Five. Noah Is Still Working On The Ark.

Nine Hundred Sixty Seven, Nine Hundred Sixty Eight. The Ark Is Almost Finished.

Noah Began To Gather Food And Store It In The Ark.

Strange Things Began To Happen.
Animals Which Were Not Common To The Area, Were Seen.
Strange Birds, And Creeping Things Began To Gather In Uncommon Groups.

Methuselah Celebrated Birthday Nine Hundred Sixty Nine.

Suddenly Methuselah Takes Very Sick. Then, "The Old Man Is Dead."

A Few Remember God’s Warning.

Sombody Says, "That Other Old Man, That One Who Is Kinda Funny, Or Crazy, Noah."

"Noah Took His Family And Got On The Big Boat He Built."

Somebody Else Says, "Yea, And All Those Animals And Birds That Have Been Acting So Strange, Are All Getting On Board".

"A Floating Zoo."

The Door Remained Open For Seven Days.
A Time Of Mercy .
A Time Of Repentance.

Then God Shut Them In.

Genesis 7:16.And They That Went In, Went In Male And Female Of All Flesh, As God Had Commanded Him: And The Lord Shut Him In.

God Only Has This Power.

We All Know The Rest Of The Story. Yet Enoch Saw Past That Day.
He Knew About The Nation Of Israel.
It’s Struggles.
It’s Victories.
It’s Heroes.
It’s Enemies.

I Feel That God Talked To Him About His Plan Of Redemption.

The Plan Of Evangelism Of The World. That Sin Would Run Rampant.

God Told Him That Many Would Reject His Offer Of Redemption.

In Fact They Would Commit Ungodly Acts Against It.

Many Hard Speeches Would Be Spoken Against It.

They Would Not Be Convinced Of A Judgment Day. Nor Of A Day Of Reckoning.

They Would Mock And Laugh To Scorn The Dear Old Saints And Preachers Sent From God.

"You Will Convince Me?"

The Life Of A Consecrated Saint Will Be Earth’s Most Convincing Testimony.

Long After They Are Dead And Gone It Still Speaks.

Enoch Saw The Day Of Reckoning.

The Convincing Power Of Consecration.

The World Today Is Looking For, And Desperately Needs, True Christians.

The Church Needs To Begin Herself To Live The Christian Life.

If The Church Would Live It Men And Women Crowd Into Our Buildings.

When The World Sees The Truly Christian Man It Is Not Only Condemned, It Is Drawn, It Is Attracted.

The Convincing Power Of Consecration.

Today Hundreds Of Millions Claim To Be Born Again.

Hundreds Of Millions Speak With Tongues.

1 Corinthians 14:23. "If Therefore The Whole Church Be Come Together Into One Place, And All Speak With Tongues, And There Come In Those That Are Unlearned, Or Unbelievers, Will They Not Say That Ye Are Mad?
24. But If All Prophesy, And There Come In One That Believeth Not, Or One Unlearned, He Is Convinced Of All, He Is Judged Of All.
25. And Thus Are The Secrets Of His Heart Made Manifest: And Falling Down On His Face He Will Worship God, And Report That God Is In You Of A Truth.

All Through Scriptures It Bears Out The Fact That The Greatest Way To Convince Sinners And To Win Souls To God Is To Live A Godly Life Before Them.

It Also Bears Out The Fact That Nothing We Can Do Will Change Some People From Their Ungodly Way Of Life.

Scripture Tells Of Those Who Will Mock And Make Fun Of Christians.

Others Will Persecute, And Try To Destroy, Or Nullify, The Christian Life.

And Nothing That The Christian Can Do Will Change Their Mind Or Convince Them Of Their Wrong Doing.

So That Is The Reason That Enoch Says That God Is Bringing Ten Thousands Of Those Saints With Him.

So That The Ungodly, And The Mockers, Will Look Upon Those Whom They Have Mocked, And Committed Ungodly Acts Against, And Thereby They Will Be Convinced In The Day Of Judgment Of All Their Ungodly Acts.

When They Look Upon The Faces Of The Saints Coming With The Lord In Glory They Will Remember The Life That Was Lived Before Them By Those Dear Old Saints.

This Will Be God’s Way Of Finally Convincing Ungodly Sinners Of Their Ungodly Deeds.

Of Course For Them It Will Be Too Late For Repentance, But God Wants Them To Take This Last View Of The Saints With Them To Eternity.

The Godly Life Is The Greatest Testimony That God Has To Offer To The Ungodly Of The Surety Of Judgment To Come.
