11/27/2008 - After a nice Thanksgiving meal at our favorite restaurant near the coast, we drove to
Seaside. Shavora attracted attention during a walk along the beach in Seaside.
Last Thanksgiving we drove to Bothel, WA and stayed overnight. The
next day we picked up Shavora. She has been with us one year.

11/27/08 - Seaside. The skys cleared just long enough for us to take this walk. It was raining just
before we got out of the car and it started raining just after we got back in the car.

12/13/08 - First snow of the season on Chehalem Mt. Shavora literally plowed the snow with her nose.

Shavora helped pick out our Christmas tree.

12/14/08 - Shavora took her Emily for a run in the snow.

12/20/08 - The snow just kept coming, and Shavora enjoyed the powder.

12/21/08 - This morning Shavora hurt her paw on the snow, because she broke through
a 1/4" layer of ice on top of the powder. So she followed me around where I was shoveling off the sharp stuff
so she could have a good spot to do her business.

12/25/08- Shavora is opening her Christmas stocking from Santa.
