Hard Rock in Vegas Honors Bobby!!

Next time you're in Las Vegas, you can visit with Bobby at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino where they have an exhibit called "Rock Tour" containing more than 4,000 pieces of music memorabilia. Of course, they couldn't leave Bobby Sherman out!! A big thank you to Georgyne for these pictures!!

Bobby Gets Honored in Congress!!

California State Assemblymember Mervyn M. Dymally paid tribute to Bobby on 3/5/91 in the House of Representatives.

Congressman Howard McKeon announced to the House of Representatives on 10/5/04 that Bobby would be winning another "Twice a Citizen" award.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Bobby has been honored at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland in an exhibit called "50 Years of Teen Idols". Well, duh...they certainly couldn't have a teen idol exhibit without having some items about the #1 teen idol of all time, could they?!?!

Although the HOF doesn't allow photographs to be taken, Kathi Hoffman was able to sweet talk a guard into letting us take a couple in front of the Bobby memorabilia. The top picture is me pointing at the Bobby stuff...like you wouldn't have been able to spot it...DUH!! The HOF wouldn't allow photos to be taken of the concert outfit on display, but this is the outfit (with Bobby in it...which is better than on a mannequin any time!!) According to the plaque displayed by the outfit, it was worn during a concert tour of Japan. However, Debra found pictures of Bobby at a 11/28/71 concert in Philadelphia wearing the same outfit. Smithsonian Institution

Bobby has been honored at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. in an exhibit called "Taking America to Lunch" which features lunchboxes through the years. Pretty cool, huh?!?! Of course, Fan Club President, Kathi Hoffman, had to make a trip there to see the Bobby Sherman lunchbox on display and was sweet enough to provide these pictures!! Thanks, Kathi!!


The display case in the "Taking America to Lunch" exhibit which contains approximately 75 lunchboxes.	Kathi pointing out her favorite one. Looks like Bobby's living in a very diverse neighborhood. Some of his "neighbors" are The A-Team, Fat Albert, Hee Haw, Get Smart and Kiss!!

Bet you didn't know that Bobby lives right next door to Mr. T.!!
