Button History (if you care) - Those of you who have met me over the past couple years, might know that I make buttons for Bobby concerts. It started out innocently enough. There was going to be a get together in Chicago for my first concert in over 25 years. I decided to make buttons just for the people who were going to be at the get together. I wound up with extras, so I gave them to people that I met at the concert. This went over BIG TIME!! As much as I enjoy making the buttons, my main reason for continuing was that I found this was a good way to meet the other Bobby Babes. I'm not the most outgoing person in the world, but I found people were seeking me out to get a button. So, I've continued to do it for the all the concerts that I attend and I've met some wonderful people this way. But before you ask, they are only for the people who attend the concerts. I do not mail them and I do not have extras once the concert is over. I've had to put a limit on the number of buttons because I don't sell them and it gets expensive after awhile. And to give credit where credit is due. I DO get help with these from a friend, the one and only, CHRIS CZAR (see, Chrissie, I don't take ALL the credit for these buttons!!). I select and scan the pictures and generally will set up (as best as I can) the design. Then I turn it over to CHRIS CZAR to work her magic. She's a graphic artist and does a better job than I could ever hope to do. She's not a Bobby Babe, but she IS one of the few remaining people at work who still seems to enjoy hearing about Bobby!!
