BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:From the business perspective, I have dealt with all level of users, from President, Vice President, CPA, Auditors, Human Resources, Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, Project Leaders, Owners, Technical Writers, My fellow colleagues, Administrators, Incumbent trainees, etc. My communication with all these people has been open with a positive professional attitude. I have been willing to deliver their requests as soon as was possible. In addition to interviewing the users for the spec requirements, I wrote the technical specs, got their sign off, I wrote flowcharts, designed database schema. In some sites I had to do some database administration, I wrote programs, tested them, reviewed them with the users for feedback. Once the projects were completed, I gave them support when it was needed and I provided training on computers and applications. The users have appreciated my positive attitude in general whom I treated with respect in a professional manner and keeping a positive environment, which improves morale therefore improving production.
