Workshops and study groups are offered in a variety of disciplines including herbal healing & gardening, meditation, energy & sound healing, Native American & other indigenous traditions, and psychic awareness. Our facilitators are hands-on practitioners and experts in their fields of study. Class sizes are kept small to ensure an enjoyable, productive and positive learning experience. Workshops are scheduled morning and evenings during the week, as well as on weekend afternoons. Many of our workshops are also available for private groups and individuals, and can be tailored to meet your needs. |

Herbal Tea Tasting
and Creating an Herbal Tea Garden

Join us for this herbal field trip where you will discover what herbs grow in the wild in this area, how to identify them,
and the proper way to harvest what you find. Once we return from the "field trip" there will be a workshop, led by Del,
on how to prepare and use those herbs that you found in the wild.
Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing - we will be walking through woods and fields as well as on trails.

Healing the Moon

Native American woman honored the moon cycle as a connection to their own feminine bodies to allow the SELF to reflect,
relax, heal and stay in balance in the sacred hoop. Women become imbalanced when they lose their connection to their bodies,
self esteem and the feminine self’s core. In this nurturing workshop we will use meditation, inner work exercise, group sharing
and movement to Reclaim the physical, emotional and spiritual woman within, promoting growth and healing.
Participants are asked to bring a large hand held mirror, a tube of red lipstick and a shawl, sarong
or light blanket for the shoulders. Loose and comfy long flowing dress or skirt attire is encouraged.

Patricia Ann Caffrey is a Registered Nurse and Certified Reiki Master. She is a graduate of the Bio-Energetic Psychology Training Program at the Hartford Family Institute in CT and works in the Emergency Department of an Eastern CT hospital. Pat lectures and conducts workshops on shamanic / energy healing around the country. She has presented for the National Disaster Medical System / Homeland Security in Dallas, TX, and for A.R.E.- Association for Research and Enlightenment, the national Edgar Cayce organization, in NYC - as well as for local groups and organizations which include St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT., and St. Vincent’s Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Pat is the author of The Sparkling Rainbow, a Personal Healing Guide, and writes as well for Body, Mind, Spirit Magazine. Lynn Chabot has taught workshops throughout the U.S. and Mexico in Tera Mai-Seichem, Shamballa Multidimentional Healing and Reiki. She has also studied Jin-shin-Do Accupressure, U.S.E.Mudra, Sacred Merkaba Techniques, Crystal & Gem Essences, and Earthworking. Her Shamanic trainings were with John Perkins, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Two Crow's in the Harner Method, Bon Tradition with Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, and John Armitage Hari Baba. Most recently she studied with the Four Winds Alberto Villoldo, PhD., his staff and Quero Shaman of Peru. of Blackfoot descent, is trained in many Native American traditions. She is a professional Intuitive Consultant, Reiki Master, Dream Interpreter and Elemental Energy worker. Otterheart is a member of the Good Medicine Society and White Buffalo Calf Women’s Society. In addition to her client-based practice, she teaches a variety of classes and workshops on Nature’s healing ways for both children and adult.Quiet Wolf is an artist, writer, teacher and native craftsmen. His abilities as a native craftsmen have been gifted to him from the Creator in the spirit of the old ways of the native peoples of New England. He uses materials gifted him through nature and his hand-crafted Dream Catchers, as well as his prints and poetry, have been been sold worldwide. Quiet-Wolf travels throughout the northeast teaching and speaking about nature communication, native ways & spirituality, and eastern woodlands traditions. Quiet Wolf is an artist, writer, teacher and native craftsmen. Nessa Shields, WWM, is a devout pagan with over 35 years of experience facilitating rituals, rites of passage, shamanic journeying, soul retrieval, and drumming and worship circles throughout New England. Nessa received her shamanic training directly from Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, studied drumming with Layne Redmond and received training in movement through Kripalu. She is a member of the Professional Drum Circle Facilitators Guild. Nessa believes every moment is sacred and tries to share this in her workshops. Sherrye Lianne (Sherryelyn) Weinstein began her study of astrology in the late '60s in New Jersey. In 1972, Sherrye began a course of study with the Moore School of Astrology, founded by astrologer Eugene Moore of Gibbstown, N.J. She studied both with the school and independently for many years following, and began taking clients for chart readings after moving to Worcester in the 1980s. While writing astrology articles for various publications, including American Astrology, Sherrye taught astrology through Night Life Continuing Adult Education in Worcester. Trisha Wooldridge has been reading Tarot for more than 11 years. When not divining, Trish writes for a variety of local, national, and international magazines on such diverse topics as Tarot, food, living, entertainment, and horses. In between, she dedicates herself to her own adopted pets: Miss Rhetta & Loki Bun and Nylis the Cat, and volunteers at the Bay State Equine Rescue. On occasion, she is also known to spend quality time with her husband, friends and family. |
