Descendants of Rass Parnell

     I do not have a lot of information about the Parnell Family. My daughter, Teresa is in possession of her Grandmother Hazel Cheffer Raney's bible which gave us a lot of information. Hazel's son Leonard Rains Raney, Jr. also helped tremendously. I'm taking this way to express my appreciation to them.
