A nice snowy, cold winter morning in Colorado.
Perfect for having puppies

Renee has her "Harley Davidson" coffee cup full of good
brew, just what she will need over the next few days. We use WhelpWise
to monitor contractions.
It should not be long now....stay tuned

The litter box has been moved back into the puppy room, ready for
Sadie's new babies.

Day 1
Sadie with her new family
Only about 12 hours old, the puppies
are nursing very well. Birth weights were high, around 14 ounces
for most. The pups appear to be very strong and mom Sadie is doing
just great. |
|

|
Day 2
We spent the day in the nice warm house
with our Mom Sadie. We ate and slept AND ate and slept the
day away. Our tummies are all nice and round. When we
stray to far from our Mom, she gives us a gentle nudge to come
back to her.
|
It's weighing time...she is 14 1/8 oz, pretty darn good.

We have our tummies full and now it's time for a nap. It
won't be long now and we will be big enough to play with our toys. |
