PDF DEFINITION DOWNLOAD

Webster's Dictionary defines the Swedish word ombudsman as "a public official appointed to investigate citizens' complaints against local or national government agencies that may be infringing on the rights of individuals." "Ombudsman" in fact means "Citizen Representative."
