Early release helmet has no straps
Kids complained when they leaned forward the
helmet
would fall off, scratching the amber dome.
It's hard to find a original release helmet
today with a good dome.
Second release helmet now had elastic straps
that
went under each arm to secure the helmet.
The attachment points for the straps can be
seen in the photo above.
