The Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a spectacle which must be seen to be believed. Photographs (at least mine) cannot convey the sheer scale and magnificance of the place. We drove from Sedona to Williams, AZ and took The Grand Canyon Railroad to the canyon. Make reservations! We took a parlor car up and a domed car back. Most cars date from the twenties and we were pulled by a steam locomotive built in 1902, or thereabouts.
