Here we are for our second Christmas in a row. This time we stayed at the Hyatt Resort on Front Street, a few blocks down from Duval. It was pretty nice. But for four hundred plus bucks a night it should be exquisite! |

Key West is a pretty cool town. As with many locales at land's end it has it's quirks. It's pretty funky and interesting, for a few days at least. Lots of good restaurants and bars, bars, bars. | |

OK. So this is the world famous sunset as seen from Mallory Square in Key West. Hundreds flock here every evening to admire one of the world's marvels. Boats pour out of the harbor crowded with hoi polloi. Ashore the mob waits, sweating profusely in the humidity and gawking at jugglers and balloon twisters who are obviously Fisherman's Wharf rejects. | |
