
An example of the relationship between an Mset image and the corresponding Jset image is shown below. The Jset has a value of C in the center of the Mset image. The comparison image is a zoom into the center of the Jset. The overall Julia set image is also shown.

Zoom-out to show an overall view of the Jset. The zoom view above is at the center of this image, although the zoom factor is so large that the zoom image connot be seen at this resolution. This is actually a "Connected" Jset since its C-value is in the Mset island above. The connected region is very small, however, and can only be seen in the zoom image.
The last image ( right, above ) is a J-cube dust set that has been processed by mapping "z" into "1/z". This inverts the image, bringing the point at infinity to the origin. The point at zero becomes the point at infinity. The result has also been rescaled.
