Confederate Memorial Marker for Company D, "Middle River Volunteers" erected in 1980 with donations from descendants of the unit. Listed on front and back is the company roster with a cross beside each man who died in battle.

Located in Banks County, Georgia on State Route 105 approximately 1/2 mile north of Leatherwood Baptist Church on left at Andrews Road.
