Rates & Information

Check-in is from 4 to 6 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m.

* Due to changes in the State of Arizona tax codes, "Long Term" stays (in excess of thiry days), no room tax is collected. "Short Term" stays (those less than thirty days) are subject to the State's 12.5% Bed Tax and may change without notice.

* Rates are per day, per unit, up to 2 persons. Add $35 per night for each additional person. There is a fourteen-night (2 week) minimum.

* Long term reservations (those over 30 days) are preferred, and will receive greatly reduced rates. Please contact us for specifics.

* Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. We thank you for keeping our units smoke-free.

* Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

* Due to the “progress” that surrounds us, we no longer have a stable. However, horseback riding is available within a few minutes’ drive.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

* 50% of the total is required for short-term stays (14-29 nights).

*Deposits for long-term stays (1 month or more) are subject to the total amount due for the length of the stay.

*Reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. 30 days' notice is required for cancellation. Refund (less $50 handling fee) will be made ONLY if we are able to re-book the space for the entire period. NO refunds will be made on cancellations of less than 30 days.

*Mitigation: In the event of a family emergency with less than 30 days notice, we will apply the deposit toward a future reservation to be booked within the current calendar year, depending on availability.

*Guests are responsible for payment of ALL NIGHTS RESERVED, regardless of number of nights stayed.

*We do not accept credit cards. Payment may be made by personal or company check, traveler’s checks or cash.
