Larger Wildlife

 

	The Flying V Ranch is nestled at the bottom of Ventana Canyon. We have worked hard to preserve the natural habitat from the encroaching development of urban sprawl. This has resulted in a pocket of natural beauty where wildlife still exists in its intended environment. For many, stepping onto our property is like stepping back into time. A time where nature was untouched and pure.
We must caution our visitors about coming into contact with our neighboring wildlife. Although they find refuge on our property, they are still "Wildlife" and must be treated with respect and caution.
	Some of the animals at the ranch are active by day, others are nocturnal animals, you may catch a glimpse of the nocturnal animals at dusk or dawn. The day time animals usually hide out during the day but are also active during the cool mornings and evenings as well.
