Airframe and Power Plant Maintenance-
Whether you personally own or rent airplanes, the maintenance performed must be of the highest standards. Each year each airplane must be certified as airworthy. What value can be placed upon the importance of proper maintenance? Listed below are what we do guided by the manufacturer's checklist and computer scanned FAA Airworthiness Directives to insure that your airplane is carefully inspected and complies to the standards as listed. We then correct any observed defect or directive that could lead to a safety problem.

The Annual inspection process is done as follows:

| Engine run up. All systems operationally checked. | ||
| Compression checked. | ||
| Clean and gap plugs, including polarity rotation. | ||
| Magnetos timed. | ||
| Inspection of Starter and Alternator. | ||
| Clean oil screen, drain carburetor and fuel injector, clean air filter. | ||
| Inspect muffler, carburetor heat and cabin heating systems. | ||
| Inspect condition of engine mounts, baffling system, fuel system and oil screen and/or filter. | ||
| Wash engine, lubricate and check travel of all controls. | ||
| Dress nicks from propeller, paint. | ||
| Obtain and research printout of Airworthiness Directives that apply. | ||
| Final run up and systems check. | ||
| Airframe | |

| Grease wheels, inspect brakes and tires. | ||
| Service brake fluid levels. | ||
| Inspect all pulleys, cables and tensions. | ||
| Lubricate all control systems - pulleys, hinges and rod ends. | ||
| Remove battery, charge and service with water. | ||
| Inspect gyro and vacuum filters. | ||
| Check to see if any Airworthiness Directives apply. | ||
| Check electrical system. | ||
| Inspect airframe skins and controls for wear, damage or corrosion. | ||
| Service nose strut, add fluid as necessary. | ||
| Test fly with customer if necessary. | ||

| We charge a flat rate for the inspection and the work listed above. | ||
| Oil, oil filter, parts and supplies are charged extra. | ||
| Any additional work is charged at the shop rate. | ||
| You will be informed of any additional major work needed and an estimate of cost will be furnished when requested. | ||
| The airplane will be washed and the interior cleaned. | ||
| Your invoice will include an itemized list of parts and labor expended. |
