      Rice, Black Bean & Feta Salad

      *Ingredients*

      1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinced and drained
      1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
      1 1/2 cups cooked rice
      1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled Feta Cheese
      1/2 cup chopped celery
      1/2 cup chopped green onions
      1/2 cup of your favorite Italian dressing
      2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
       
       

      *Preparation*

      Mix all ingredients.  Refrigerate to blend flavors.  Serve cold.
