      Country Captain Chicken
      (I think this is terribly mis-named, don't see the connection at all ;-)

      *Ingredients*

      1 lg. size (14x20 inch) oven baking bag
      2 tbs. flour
      1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
      1/4 cup raisins, if desired
      2 tbs. packed brown sugar
      1 tsp curry powder
      1/2 tsp salt
      1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut in 1-inch pieces
      Hot cooked rice for 4 servings
       

      *Preparation*

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2 inch baking pan.  Add tomatoes, raisins, brown sugar, curry powder and salt to oven bag.  Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.

      Add chicken to oven bag.  Turn oven bag to coat chicken with sauce.  Arrange ingredients in an even layer in oven bag.  close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.

      Bake until chicken is tender, 35 to 40 min.

      Serve over hot cooked rice.
