This is mainly for me! I always looses the instructions and measurments after I empty the rice into the canister. While 20 min. is always easy, the measurements (which are so important for fluff rice) are something I never seem to remember.
1. Bring water to a boil. Add butter or margarine and salt to the water. (I usually add the butter and salt to the water and then bring it to a boil ;-)
2. Stir in rice. REDUCE HEAT, cover and simmer for 20 min.
3. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
Let stand covered 5 min. or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.

Microwave Directions:
1. Combine rice and water in a microwavable glass dish. Add butter or margarine and salt (optional).
2. Cover and cook on HIGH using
times below.
