      Fruit Triffle

      *Ingredients*

      1 (10 oz) pound cake
      5 1/2 cups seasonal freash fruit
      1 pint lowfat frozen vanilla yogert
      2 cups pineapple juice
       

      *Preparation*

      Cut cake into chunks.  Combine fruit.  Reserve 1 cup fruit for garnish.

      In 3 - quart glass bowl layer half of mixed fruit, cake and yogurt.  Repeat layers.

      Garnish top with reserved fruit.  Pour juice over all.  Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
       

      Serves:  about 10 servings
       

      Suggestions:

      Fruit - sliced Kiwi, orange, strawberries, peach, bannanas, rasberries, blueberries or other fruit in combination.

      Also garnish sides of bowl as you layer.  It will make a beautiful presentation, but make sure you have enough fruit to add the extra garnish.
