      (Bisquick)
      Coffee Cake
      and Streusel Topping

      *Ingredients*

      2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
      2/3 cup milk or water
      2 tbs. sugar
      1 egg
      Streusel Topping
       

      *Preparation*

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inches.

      stir all ingredients except Streusel Topping in medium bowl until blended.  Spread in pan;  sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

      Bake 18 to 22 min. or until golden brown.

      Serves:  about 10 servings
       

      Streusel Topping:

      *Ingredients*

      1/3 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
      1/3 cup packed brown sugar
      1/2 tsp/ ground cinnamon
      2 tbs. firm margarine or butter

      *Preparation*

      Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

       Yield: about 2/3 cup
